Edith, daughter of Soco, granddaughter of Panchita, great-granddaughter of Celsa.
With a professional training in international relations and political science, my life path has taken me to work with little ones of different ages, on ecological issues and most recently around native spirituality and the culture of peace.
I am a trained “Yoga for kids” teacher, and I have been acting as an urban agriculture consultant and a native culture animator. I have years of experience in translation, simultaneous interpretation and teaching languages and sociopolitical issues.
Since I know the Original Peoples of this land, the Kanienkehaka (the people of the flint, better known as mohawks), the Kaianerahserakowa – the Constitution of the Great Law of Peace – has deeply influenced my core values system.
All of my classes and workshops (yoga, gardening, languages and more) follow the natural cycles, promoting a respectful interaction based on the roots of this land: truth, peace, strength and justice.
